I wanted to give a huge shout out and thanks to the nurse Nadia. Now for context I am Sqimish when it comes to needles. For my job I needed to get a 2 step tb test and my varicella. For the tb test Nadia was so gentle and encouraging I had to come back to her to get the varicella shot. Which again she was amazing and very gentle, quick and considerate changing the needles to make sure I don’t feel the pain as much. Huge shout out to her.
Literally just walked out with the worst cough and chest pain, told them I tried 2 different over the counter cough medicine and they gave me one of the same ones I already had.. They also gave me an urgent ultrasound sound paper and instead of faxing it like the doctor said the girl in the front said just call them to me… so care less and incompetent.
I had the worst experience ever with this doctor. I had high blood pressure and was not feeling well. I waited 55 minutes, and the doctor only saw me for one minute. I told him my family doctor’s office is closed and that she is monitoring my BP, which is high. I also checked my BP at home and it was high. But he said it was fine now and left the room. It was a horrible experience. Please do not take your health lightly.
Megha at reception was really nice. When I went to room to see the doctor, he was so nice to me. He kept a smile on his face while talking to me. That’s how doctors should treat their patients. He asked me all the questions in a very nice manner and then answered all my queries without rushing. I would highly recommend this ucc to everyone. Keep up the good work guys 👍🏻
