Builder doesn’t disclose important information. We were never told of irrigation issues, lack of water due to farmers in the area. We were not told we would be on a watering schedule. Never would’ve purchased a $1.5M+ home that didn’t have outside irrigation available when we needed (or a home that we would have to manually water our lawns and flower beds when there was no irrigation water available. Why can’t builders put honesty and integrity over greed?
