Ramond was so patient, he answered all my questions. He took his time to explain everything to me. He didn’t rush. He was great.
The guy that came was very nice and seemed to explain what was needed. Today I did some research though. I want to adjust as quickly as possible to using my machine and I realized a lot went unexplained that I didn't even know were options. Like the ramp option or warm up. If I don't know about the machine how would I even know to ask these questions? Really wish the options and settings were explained
The tech (John) was able to deliver the machine to my home. He showed me how it works. He was very professional
The Vero Health technician(Raymond), came to the house and took the time to thoroughly explain everything we needed to know, to properly use and maintain our first CPAP machine. He gave us personal advice and guidance and answered all of our questions with a very positive and friendly attitude....... Raymond was awesome! Thank You!!
