Only just got the CPAP. William was terrific in explaining it to me. I did notice that there is an app that I can put on my phone to learn about it as well so I'm looking into that at the moment. I haven't actually used the machine yet though, having said that I did try on the mask and the nose piece was really very comfortable when it was running I thought that the air that was going into my nose was pleasant. I can try to rate again once again when I actually have tried this if you want to send another survey.
Excellent rep showed me how to use it and clean it and was vet pleasant!!
Williams was a very professional and and answered every questions I had, and he also show me how to use the mas. Very nice young man.
