am absolutely appalled by the conduct I witnessed from Woodbridge Landscaping. In my view the owner Brandon Ball treated a disabled woman in a way that no decent human being should. This woman relies on twenty four hour oxygen and is wheelchair bound. She simply asked the community for help with mowing a small front yard.
