We spent several hours collecting information and working with Woodbridge to get them resources they needed to evaluate our business. They ended up not taking us on which is the prerogative but also provided absolutely zero insight as to why making it a large waste of our time.

As a Private Equity Firm Representing a Family Office, while we did not end up purchasing a company from Woodbridge International as the competition was too great, their staff's professionalism, candor, and willingness to work with us can be deemed as world class. We consider them a gem, on par in some respects to Goldman Sachs. They truly put their clients first, and we highly recommend discussing any acquisitions with Brie Campbell and Nicole May.
