The service department is a joke. Seems they have one person that takes the service calls for all of AZ. I could have had a fire with one of the switches in my new sofa, but they have not replaced it nor bothered to tell me of the service status. I expected more from a higher end company. . Edit - I stand by my review. If a service call could have been scheduled within 2 - 2 1/2 weeks, the tech would have seen the problem. We were looking to refresh our main living space; family room and a sitting area and decided to start at Woodbridge Interiors. We were greeted kindly by Zachary Taylor and given the opportunity to browse the well appointed showroom. While we were looking at fabrics for a sectional, Zachary professionally asked if we needed any suggestions/help. We took him up on it and are so glad we did. I am incredibly grateful for Tina Stierwalt's help and her endless patience. With her assistance, I was able to find the perfect sofa. Tina tirelessly explored every option and combination I could think of, always providing her services in a professional and exceptionally quick manner. I highly recommend taking advantage of her excellent service.
We had a great experience! Our salesperson, Heather Joyce was very helpful and communicated very well, she helped us pick out the perfect bedroom set. Then the delivery guys, Robert & Omar, were fantastic! Friendly, on time, and they were very careful to set up the furniture correctly, even measuring to make sure the headboard was exactly between the windows. We're very happy with the total experience.
