No communication after you give them money. Our salesman Zachary was horrible!! His manager not any better. Furniture came damaged 2 times. Dont waste your money on this store. Wish I could of left 0 stars. Never again!!
I’ve just completed a great purchasing experience in no small part because of Heather Joyce, my designer in Glendale. She has spent patient hours with me helping me to find just the right furniture for my newly remodeled living room. While I’m still a ways from actual delivery I know it will be wonderful. Just a few weeks ago I accompanied my sister to look for furniture at Woodbridge in Glendale. Heather Joyce introduced herself and started what has been one of my best experiences ever in working with a designer while shopping in their workplace. The service department is a joke. Seems they have one person that takes the service calls for all of AZ. I could have had a fire with one of the switches in my new sofa, but they have not replaced it nor bothered to tell me of the service status. I expected more from a higher end company. . Edit - I stand by my review. If a service call could have been scheduled within 2 - 2 1/2 weeks, the tech would have seen the problem.
