We have been since the last of April trying to get our sliding screen door fixed. They told us they would order a new door and it would take about six weeks. We are now in July door is still not fixed. Nobody will return my calls. You never can talk to the same person twice. Nobody with this company seems to care if thing get fixed. They want to sell the product but not stand behind it.will not recommend this company to friend or family.

Replaced 7 windows and was unable to provide something as simple as a invoice for a window explained before signing any contracts then on top of that the window that was needing an invoice for insurance purposes was installed and damaged which was also NOT installed by Woodbridge employees which I was NOT informed of beforehand... To make matters even worse they refuse to do ANYTHING about the damage upon installation or the glass mess left in my 4yr olds bed and on top of his toy box... oh and my rates ended up being waaaay... read more

We had outside siding installed on our home in Arlington. Rick R was very helpful in helping us choose both the project scope and the color. Job was professionally done and we are very happy with the results.

This is my second experience with Woodbridge. They have now installed two storm doors for me that come with a lifetime warranty. Each door is made to a specific need given its location. High quality doors for a fair price and they were installed in a careful, professional manner. Ben was my installer for my second door... you would’ve never known any work took place - Ben was meticulous throughout the installation without wasting time.
