UPDATE 2: Car was returned and it is still not fixed. Turns out the transmission is bad and now new owners are not honoring the warranty that all of the repairs were being made under. Regardless of warranty, the car was sold to me in this condition and should be fixed. So now I’m just out of my $5k down payment AND out a car. I have opened an investigation through Ford headquarters and will be filing a complaint with the attorney general. Also, Bryan is no longer there along with more than 50% of the other staff. bought a used2023 bmw 330i, process was so long and price got bumped up like another 10k from the original listing and I was forced to take a warranty that was supposed to be optional which took me another 2-3 months to be able to cancel. Mind you they’re also a ford dealership so there was a lot of specifications and details they missed about the car which i had to go to an actual BMW dealership to fix which cost me more money. if you’re buying a Ford, experience might be different but i wouldn’t recommend buying a differen... read more
