Just turned in my 2023 Explorer and picked up my new Bronco Outer Banks Special thanks goes out to Omar who made this transaction super easy he showed patience and answered every question I could possibly think of. UPDATE 2: Car was returned and it is still not fixed. Turns out the transmission is bad and now new owners are not honoring the warranty that all of the repairs were being made under. Regardless of warranty, the car was sold to me in this condition and should be fixed. So now I’m just out of my $5k down payment AND out a car. I have opened an investigation through Ford headquarters and will be filing a complaint with the attorney general. Also, Bryan is no longer there along with more than 50% of the other staff.
