Honestly extremely disappointed with this place. Yesterday, I ordered a "florist's choice" sympathy floral arrangement to be delivered to my mom and sister, as their cat suddenly passed away yesterday. I left a note to leave out flowers that are poisonous to cats, which is something I always do when I order flowers, as so many arrangements come with lilies, which are highly toxic to cats. I’d leave a zero star review if I could. I was trying to arrange flowers at late notice for a funeral for a family friend in two days’ time. I called Woodbridge Florist and when I explained the circumstances was told by the lady who answered the phone, ‘We’re real busy with Mother’s Day.’ Wow. Never in my life would I speak to someone who has suffered a loss in such a way.
Had a last minute request for an arrangement for my mother in law, and it was perfect she loved it. The flowers are still alive after 4 days of initial purchase date. Definitely found my go to florist
