Nice place overall. Some of the units facing Eisenhauer are loud because of the street traffic. They have two pools but both seem to have continuous issues. Old aluminium wiring and settling issues abound. That said the people are really nice and they do get things done. Coy pond on the one side is nice. You just might have assessments. We rented and rent went up significantly because the landlord wanted to pass those expenses on. We didn't appreciate that so we moved. Complex has get together for various events. Buildings not in good shape. Hoa not doing A good job with upkeeping. Filthy fish pond. Just a run down feeling.
