Woodbridge provided excellent customer service! I ordered the wrong size shower door and basin for a bathroom remodel. I live on the east coast and ordered from the CA store. The staff kindly helped me return the one I purchased. My contractor bought the correct size and the bathroom is beautiful! Super bad customer service and no replacement parts:Just beware that after purchasing this great bidet, if you ever need replacement parts, the company will reply and here I am quoting the email sent by ************** "we do not keep spare replacement parts for the BID01 or BID02. You may need to repurchase this directly from our website." Basically we cannot give you a part, buy the whole bidet again.He refused to contact me with his supervisor then after pushing he ignored me. I called this company to see if I could switch out a color on the tub I wanted to order. The representative that I spoke with said they sold what I needed for $180. Then he added, if I gave a good review, they would sell it to me for $90. I followed his directions, sent him the requested positive review, and then received an email back saying they couldn't help me. I would not trust positive reviews from them since they tricked me into giving them one. It is a shady practice and I am no longer ordering a tub from them.
