Not handicap friendly, heat in rooms is either way too hot or too cold. Definitely old and could use some updating. Furniture looks like they bought random pieces off Facebook. Went with a group and paid for a buffet. Everyone went through grabbing a small plate thinking they’d go back for more, last person in line barely got anything and the staff never refilled any of the trays and said they weren’t bringing anymore food out. December 14th 2024, still exceptional quality food and service. Their ribeye steak is just outstanding. Speciality holiday beverages to die for, especially their eggnog martini. Service was on point and the ladies never missed a beat. Their stuffed mushrooms and mini tacos appetizers were just incredible. Can't wait to return. Great hidden gem
Horrible experience. No front desk support. Number to call at front desk had “voicemail full” & couldn’t leave a message. Key to room didn’t work. Charged me for room we couldn’t get in to. Been calling asking for owner. He won’t return my calls and charged me for a room we couldn’t get in to ! Poorly managed! Do not book a stay here. Front desk staff is useless! Owner is ignorant and doesn’t manage his business well at all. HORRIBLE! I will tell everyone I know to stay away from the Woodbound Inn.
We visited for my little sister's wedding last weekend and this place is a gem. The grounds were amazing, the inn is truly charming and the staff were all friendly and on point.
