Really caring and welcoming staff. Very diverse amount of physicians
Been waiting to switch over my info, since November because my doctor ended his practice, my family switched over no problem and only had to pay 20 $ , they been not connecting for the longest time, finally connect me saying I have to pay 50 $ this place is so degrading towards me , so now I can see my medical history and im a human this is not right, I wish the worst for that office and staff, horrible people !!!!!!
We had an appointment booked for our 6 month old baby. After driving 1 HOUR to the appointment - we were running 3 minutes behind so I thought I should call the office to inform them they we were still coming, but just running 3 MINUTES behind schedule. The woman on the phone was so rude and unreasonable, she was persistent that we were not able to come to the appointment and that we had to reschedule. Dr Tommy Tung is an excellent doctor. He is compassionate and genuinely cares about me. He never rushes through my appointment and I’m lucky to have him as my GP.
