A $35 fee for new patients at walk in clinic is insane
Arrived at 8:30am and the office doesn't open until 9am. Dr. Stribbell arrived 8:35am opened early, checked in a line up of people before the front office staff shifts started and then immediately started taking patients! That is what I call an amazing doctor dedicated to her profession and patients! I am blessed to be part of this clinic! Thank you Dr. Stribbell!!
Worst, incompetent, rude front end staff in any medical office I have come across. Put blame on patients for their mistakes and expect them to do the work for them like find referral doctors cause they can't do simple cpso searches. Always have to follow up with them to make sure they do what they said they will, otherwise it'll be weeks before they actually do it. Horrible. Have some compassion for people you're supposed to help. If you don't have any empathy or simple problem solving skills, you shouldn't be in healthcare ... read more
