Jamie and Team at Woodbine Legal Service are amazing. Lawyer Jamie is very professional and always provides information in a timely manner.
These guys charge way too much for their services and are not transparent about yheir fees. Beware.
This lawyer gave us a quote for purchase and selling of our homes and then proceeded to charge us way over what was expected. We have purchased and sold 6 homes, and Title insurance is usually $200.00. Even google says between $200-$350 depending on the amount the house is. This house is an entery level home. Woodbine charged us a whopping $670.00. They also charged us $120 for postage!! $300 for a transfer fee, and $300 for a first time morgage fee.
