Very helpful, pleasant customer service! We had accidentally run out of heating oil in our fuel tank and needed to find a filter so that the furnace would run again after getting more fuel. After no luck at Home Depot and other local stores, I ended up going on line and found that Ace Hardware carried the filter we needed. I called the Dumfries Road, Manassas store (which is a little over 60 miles round trip!) and got excellent help so my husband headed out the door.
