I have dealt with Curtis for many years he has always shown excellent customer service and support, I once had a lawn service in Sykesville/Eldersburg and should and of my equipment break down he was always on it. Now I live in SC and he is still there when I need him. More businessman should have his integrity.
I took my GreenWorks residential push mower into this establishment as the mower would start up and then shut off. Prior to that the mower would shake horribly but still mow. I was willing to pay up to $300 for it to be fixed but did not have money to go out and buy a brand new $600 mower. I dropped the mower off and they said they would take a look at it but they couldn’t guarantee they could fix it.
