Recently purchased a house here in this neighborhood with Ray Alonzo. Overall the experience was pretty smooth from the first day to closing. After closing, there were a few minor issues but that was resolved quickly.
Christine, Paula, Anika are the best! Christine spent several hours to show us the community and explain every detail of the properties. After only one visit, we feel all our questions being answered. Paula is the best manager and provided lots of insight of different communities. I recently had the pleasure of assisting my clients in purchasing a new construction home at Woodberry Hills in Snohomish, built by D.R. Horton, and I must say the entire process was incredibly smooth. From the initial walkthrough to closing day, everything went seamlessly. A special shoutout to Christine, the D.R. Horton agent, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable.
Don’t buy here. It’s 25 degrees out and we have no hot water. Dr Horton doesn’t care I was just told that hot water doesn’t matter and they will get to us when they can! What a joke! Stay far away!
