Amazing community with feeling of a suburb The locactuon is close to all amenities. Moving here was perhaps one of the wiset decision made and no regrets so far.
Buying a home from Richmond American was a huge mistake. As first-time buyers, we were excited and didn’t notice all the issues at first, but after moving in, problems kept popping up daily. The quality is terrible, and cheap materials were used throughout the house. This experience has been a constant disappointment. I strongly recommend looking at other builders—don’t even consider this one as a last option. Save yourself the frustration and find a company that values quality and attention to detail.
