This was probably one of the worst experience I've had with a repair shop. Before bringing my 2012 lexus to this shop, I called them to ask if they could reprogram my parking brake. They of course said yes and set me an appointment. I asked if I needed to drop off the vehicle or if I could just wait on it because I'm not from the area and they assured me waiting would be fine because it's something simple. Had a check engine light come on in my 2022 toyota tacoma I've taken my truck to couple of places and they said that could not fix the problem so I decided to go to Woodard Automotive , Casey fixed the Check engine light it's off now . Been driving for 4 days and nothing yet. So from now on I'll take my truck to Woodard Automotive for all my need with truck. Thank you Casey and all the employees at Woodard Automotive
I took a car here for going into limp mode and misfire on cylinders. They charged $200 upfront which is fine and okay, kept the car for a few hours, "checked the spark plugs" and cleared the codes then said it was good. Not even 30mins after picking the car up it was back in limo mode, same issues as before. Called them back and they want to charge another $200 just to look at it! Talk about a scam. I do not recommend coming here if you expect fair and honest pricing.
The staff was very Professional and prompt. Price was very reasonable. Casey was very helpful and explained everything. Will definitely use them again and highly recommended!
