I would not recommend any one to take your vehicle to Woodards , they told me they fixed my Mercedes from leaking antifreeze, and when I picked up my car it started leaking to same day, they charged a ridiculous fee, I took it back to them and they just parked my car outside and told me it was leaking into the engine, so I took it to the dealer and found out that everything they done and told me was a lie, the dealer only changed a hose going into my fire wall and the problem was fixed the same day, woodards charged me all t... read more
Jeff and Casey are 100% honest about your vehicle. They won’t try to sell or fix something that you don’t need or doesn’t need fixing. I have a 2008 BMW they’re bringing back to life. Taking into consideration that Jeff is the only BMW Certified Tech in Florence, it’s obvious where to take your Beemer unless you wanna get raped by the dealership. I have taken my R230 Mercedes-Benz SL twice here and the service has always been fantastic & top notch in my case. They always answer their phone promptly to schedule a visit. In my personal experience, both on the phone & in person, they are very professional, polite, and respectful and they promptly completed necessary & requested services on my car completely resolving everything on my car. Woodward is an incredible place to take your vehicle. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The business has a pleasant people atmosphere within. I bring my car 50 miles from Sumter SC to their shop in Florence SC as I am very pleased with the service given. The certified Techs are highly skillful. I highly recommend them for your car needs.
