My son called the first week of March to get his car in. It was scheduled for March 24th drop off. The shop STILL has my son's car as of May 9th and my son is being told it will be another week! Voicemail are left with no return call. Promises to call "with an update on Friday" are not kept. When my son called him out on not calling back for over 2 weeks, the guy had the audacity to say "I can't stop and call everyone with updates every 3 hours!"
