I have rented from Woodard and have nothing but regrets. They are not as "friendly" as their site indicates. The apartments are nice but highly over priced for what you are getting. They are rude and only want more \$\$\$ for whatever they can think of. They are not at all respectful of your privacy and will come in your home for maintenance when its best for them.
