It's a pleasure dealing with Mandy West. Mandy has EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills. For example, not all of the clients we serve know how to navigate the system when they run into financial difficulties...all I have to do is email Mandy and within 30 mins I have all of the requested documents needed to assist the client/families.
