It's a pleasure dealing with Mandy West. Mandy has EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills. For example, not all of the clients we serve know how to navigate the system when they run into financial difficulties...all I have to do is email Mandy and within 30 mins I have all of the requested documents needed to assist the client/families. THEY STOLE MY APPLICATION FEE with the ol bait n switch, right out of ********* **** ****. Printed flyers claim availability of $*** apt, so I apply for that, sending along my $** application fee. On the phone it is revealed that apt ISN'T ACTUALLY AVAILABLE but how about one for HUNDREDS A MONTH MORE? Classic! What cheap old school swindlers.
RecommendedTanasha was an excellent manager the entire time we stayed. they were always responsive when we had maintenance issues. I would not hesitate to lease from Woodard again.
Breanna Duncan and I recently worked with Hez Dillon at Woodard Properties to sign a lease. He was super responsive, friendly, and willing to question any of our questions and help us through the process! We greatly appreciated the virtual tour of the apartment and overall complex. We would 100% recommend Hez and Woodard Properties!

I am extremely disappointed in the experience I have had here. I am appalled at the cleanliness. When we moved in, there was a copious amount of mold in the kitchen as well as in each bathroom. We submitted work orders and tried to clean but had no luck in resolving this issue. Sometimes the water coming out of our sinks is black! Even though we do our best to keep the doors and windows shut and the apartment clean, there are always bugs. There are even rodents in the walls! I just worked with Woodard to sign a lease. They were very quick to respond, professional, and friendly. I personally worked with Hez Dillon as my leasing consultant—he was very responsive, helpful and patient with all of my questions. I was able to sign the lease in a timely manner with his help and he was willing to go on skype to give me a virtual tour of my apartment and show the amenities of the complex. My husband and I spent three years in our first apartment home together that we leased from Woodard Properties and we will cherish those years and that space forever! The staff was always accommodating and friendly. Maintenance requests were always met and we couldn't be more pleased with their care for us during the stress of college! Highly recommend!
