Update #2: woodard replaced my roof as part of their project- the roof is now leaking 2 years later. I had alerted them to this a year ago, and they took a look and blamed the tuckpointing. I had the tuckpointint redone and fixed the plaster that was damaged from the leak. Now it is leaking again, and is clearly due to the roof.
