I had a couple of concerns about my daughter's Rogue when I drove it last week so she took it to Woodard. They gave an honest assessment about the brakes, tires, AC and even a bad USB port but did not recommend any repairs at this time. That was welcome news. We'll be back when those repairs are needed!
Outstanding customer service! Gave me answers to my AC problem right away, fixed quickly and they did a follow-up with me after picking my car up to make sure the problem was corrected. Very friendly and organized as well!
It can be hard to find an honest, open and trustworthy auto shop. Well, here they are. They are kind and efficient and very respectful of both your property and time. I highly recommend Woodard to all our friends and family.
Definitely recommend this place, I can not say enough good things about this shop! Affordable prices, extremely friendly staff, quick service, convenient location! Most importantly they didn't try to upsell me like most repair shops. Times are tough and they understand, they quoted me on price and stuck to it, which I greatly appreciate! Even though they are a bit far from my home I will definitely still come here for maintenance in the future.
