I took my 2014 Toyota Venza to Woodard’s Automotive, I had taken it to Nashville North Toyota and they told me that my car needed brakes and spark plugs. The service writer said that the brake pads were wore out and cutting into the rotors. So when Woodard’s checked my car out, he said that the brakes were fine and the pads still had about 55% left.
