RecommendedWe were traveling through Moses Lake late Monday night, noticed a grinding on my rig. Called them up Tuesday morning, got us right in within the hour. I had my front and back brakes & rotors done and my oil changed here. I had priced this out at a couple different shops. I asked a few questions about the quality of the brakes and rotors they would use and felt confident that this was a good shop. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready when they said it would be just after lunch. I saved $85 over anyone else on the brakes and have excellent quality rotors. I'm sure I have found a new place at Woodard's to have my truck worked on.
1. Dropped truck of for a 1 hr diagnostic that ended up taking a week+ to turn around and find out that they charged me for 2 hours when I only agreeded to 1. I'm a broke kid and I can't afford just to hand out money, I will not return to this shop because they told me if they needed more time they would call first and that did not happen. So now I'll never return to this shop.
I took 2 cars to Woodard, a 2002 Ford F250 that they replaced a fuel line on (rather expensive but polite and friendly so I didn't mind) then I also asked them to take a look at my 65 Mustang that was had a T5 Tremec that was stuck in reverse. Short Story I would have been better off going else where with the mustang.They picked up the mustang and started it, it started right up. took my rig there to get the transfer case rebuilt. It still has the same issue after spending close to $1000.00 as it did before I took it in. I went to get a second opinion and they said nothing in the transfer case had been replaced it was not even serviced. Do not take you vehicle to them they are liars and thieves that will charge you for a job the did not perform.
