WSD is a very unique martial arts school. Everything you learn is based around practical, real self defense. There is no kata to learn. The classes are fun and it has a very relaxed, family-oriented atmosphere. I put two daughters through the children's classes and both continued on into adult material as they got older because they enjoyed it so much. They say they feel like it's their "other family."
