Ordered grade 1 cedar wood posts from this company. Was told they were all made to order, quality product. However young receiving fence panels, they were riddled with knots, holes, cracks, the nails were crooked and nailed into each other, and overall not what was described. After speaking with the employees because management refused to talk to me, they offered me 3 replacement pickets to make up for it which is unacceptable. 15 sections at 8 feet long with as many flaws as there were. Wood & Wire did a great job. Quote was professional, installation the same. They are booked out a bit, but showed up on time and on the exact date promised. I tried to get quotes from no less than five other local fence contractors, with some not even providing a quote, some with pricing and schedules all over the place, and a couple that were clearly just working out of the back of a pickup. My advice would be to not waste your time and just work directly with Wood & Wire.
This woman did not want to talk even through a door she tried to kick the installers they were very polite but you do have a Easement of 3 ft some people don't like their neighbors so they take it out on their contractors
My neighbor hired them and instead of obtaining permission to legally enter my property, they trespassed and when I asked them what they were doing on my property, first thing out of his mouth was, I am legally allowed to be here to fix the fence. I have him on video spouting this lie. After that he refused to acknowledge my existence and leave my property. If there were someone cheaper I’d use them,but the temp fence guys are a real pain to deal with as a contractor.
