I am so glad I went with Wood Window Repair Service. Vlad replaced the broken pane of glass in my window to perfection. He worked in the cold from his truck in the driveway. The quote I received was beyond reasonable for all time it took to do an exceptional job. I wouldn’t think of ever going elsewhere for window problems. Thank you.
I really do not like leaving negative reviews for any company, which is why I tried to give this company the opportunity to fix the glaring problems with their work and service. After a week with no response, I feel like I have to leave this review because I wish I saw it before attempting to work with them. The technician, Vlad, that came to our home was pleasant although he didn't speak much English so communication wasn't especially clear. Vlad was very professional. Set up his woodworking shop in our driveway and did impeccable and quality work! He's a craftsman in every way. Our old Marvin casement windows work perfectly and look great again...and we saved several thousand dollars.
Clear communication, tech arrived on time and Vlad did a great job. He is a quality craftsman at a reasonable price, he replaced couple of window glasses, some trims and sills. Plus, he also painted and sealed the windows, they look as good as new.
I highly recommend Vlad. He is a quality craftsman. He repaired two large wood window frames to their original condition. The rot was so bad he had to totally replace six moldings and two sills. Plus, he did a quality paint job. We have a stucco home, and he did not crack it anywhere while doing his work. Should we ever need work like this again he is the first and only company I would call.
