I am so glad I went with Wood Window Repair Service. Vlad replaced the broken pane of glass in my window to perfection. He worked in the cold from his truck in the driveway. I really do not like leaving negative reviews for any company, which is why I tried to give this company the opportunity to fix the glaring problems with their work and service. After a week with no response, I feel like I have to leave this review because I wish I saw it before attempting to work with them. Vlad was very professional. Set up his woodworking shop in our driveway and did impeccable and quality work! He's a craftsman in every way. Our old Marvin casement windows work perfectly and look great again...and we saved several thousand dollars.
