I have worst experience with parts and service department. I have problem with my tires and provide all the documentation and details to them as they are under warranty but they always said we doesn’t get any response from Michelins we are waiting for response. I wait for more than 1 month they doesn’t call me. When i visit them again then they make excuses that may you store tyre outside and so many silly excuses.
