* Pharmacy is asking me to pay them for medications that did not come home from this facility* Not paying for medication that the nursing ataff can't seem to get and give to the person when they are kicking them out** unreal. Management fails to keep the residents under control. They fail at Use of Drugs, Alcohol, and other illicit Substances. You can smell the contraband when visiting. I spent 60 days at wood violet and got so much out of the place the staff was wonderful food was great and what the teaches really helps on my recovery journey I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I had to return and I would recommend this place to anyone
Current resident, so using a different name. No one enforces the rules in the handbook. Very disappointed in the service's received at this facility. You're told you will get two one on one appointments a week, doesn't happen. Told in detox they will check on you every 15 minutes. That never happened at all! Set laptop to record door opening while sleeping and not one check. Don't put that in your handbook if you can't comply. If you end up on a behavioral contract and screw up you are to be removed.
