We lived there 2.5 years ago and it was a quiet community but the maintenance guy was so creepy, would literally park outside and just stare. But would never fix anything. We went without ac the entire time because they wouldn't fix it, kept saying they would then never did. So don't count on maintenance for anything. But other than that I guess it was okay.
Not bad but maintenance sucks and slow heats and ac is broken and it's been fixed two times now water leaks from the roof and our porch is a dangerous Hazzard that gets ignored when we call
A great place to live! Very quiet, people are friendly. The office staff is super sweet and very happy to help! I love it here!
