Love Wood Tire! Always willing to go the extra mile!
Was 180 miles from home and got a flat. This place said they were backed up. I asked how backed up. She said an hour. I said I can wait an hour. (Or more. I was passing through and couldn't get on my way until the tire was fixed.) She said no, go somewhere else. It was 10:02. They close at 5. Sounds like she didn't want to take the chance with backing up someone's lunch, even though I said I could wait as long as needed. This place was the worst place ever.. Service tech for alignments was very unprofessional and very rude this places should not be allowed to work on anything.. Highly recommend going somewhere else for any kind of vehicle services..
That was the worst place ever I would not recommend that for anybody that place is a rip off Service tech not qualified very unsatisfied.. Was told I’d be there for 30 minutes ended up to be over an hour and a half and nothing was done to my vehicle as I sit and watched the whole thing. As a service tech was cutting out and flipping off another service tech and not even servicing my car the place is a rip off …
