Had a double blowout on my enclosed car hauler. They had the 14 ply tires I needed in stock and got me back rolling quickly at a fair price! 10/10 recommend
After speaking to them about 30 seconds, they hang up the phone on me, then I tried to call back 3 more times, they just kept hanging up. 0 star for customer service, if the lady is hard of hearing or the line is bad, still no excuse to be like this.Very unprofessional, they don't need my business, fine I will take it to somewhere else, and I will encourage everyone else to do the same.
They exhibited a high level of humor, creating an exceptionally comfortable environment. Specifically, the individual in the garage handling tires, whom I believe was named Lyle, was truly outstanding. They demonstrated meticulous care with my 2025 Cadillac Escalade V. Their friendliness, punctuality, and competitive pricing contributed to an outstanding experience.
Always friendly and fast
