Booked them for two seperate window repairs ( one for home and one at work) The one at work they broke the glass on first attempt to fix, then came two weeks later and re-fixed. No problem I thought, that happens. The one at home they came out first week in Jan and brought the wrong type of glass, took measurements and ordered the right glass. 2nd visit out the glass was 50mm too short. Remeasured and left.
