Had a consult for wisdom teeth removal for my 15y old son. Consult was fine, and then a different conversation with admin people about billing. My questions about health insurance and gap fees were met with aggression and shut down with ridiculous questions shot back at me about how much I would charge to take wisdom teeth out. I’m not a dentist. The quoted price was high, the staff were rude. There are plenty of other oral surgeons in Newcastle.

Dr elseyoufi and the whole team have been amazing, they take a caring approach with any questions or concerns answered making the whole process a breeze, as someone who get very anxious with teeth/mouth related issues they put your mind at ease with the whole process.

My elderly mother had an appointment to have a tooth extracted. She was escorted to the appointment by staff from the aged care facility. I am unable to receive any information from the practice as to what actually took place (despite having guardianship for my mother). The receptionist was rude, arrogant & only interested in taking payment details & getting off the phone. Extremely unhelpful.
