On the three separate occasions I have visited the surgery, the staff were courteous and competent and the atmosphere was relaxed. Due to my time and health restraints, Dr Mehanna went out of his way to fit me in. He was very professional and kind and the work done was perfect! Definitely a 5 Star experience. Thank you to all .

I just wanted to share my experience with this clinic. In my opinion, the service was very poor, unprofessional, and careless. Please double-check before booking an appointment. During my consultation, I observed staff using a personal phone and having conversations that I felt were distracting while I was receiving care. Terrible customer service. Have asked multiple times for my CBCT scans to be sent to my orthodontist and never got done even after asking many times over. Some of the reception are rude and aren't in the right role. A joke to deal with. Never again.
