Coach Nick’s aerobics class is incredible and very effective. It's a love-hate experience because of the high intensity, but he makes it easy to set your own rhythm. Nick is so motivating—his energy is exactly what you need to see results. Highly recommended!
I started back at Wood St. Fitness Center in March 2025, but after about a month, I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. I reached out to the staff to inquire about a personal trainer, and that’s when I met Nick. He really listens to what you want to accomplish and puts together an excellent workout plan tailored to your goals. After working with him, I started seeing real results.
