Hey wood shark. Thank you gor being an amazing store. My dad shops with yall alot. I just turned 18. But i dont have my ID yet... ig its possible i can euther do 1 of 2 things. 1 i can bring in my pass port. Or i can bring a parent with an ID to get a knife i want. Witch one would work better? If both work.
I just bought a knife there. The blade wobbles. Is it possible that I could get it exchanged for the same knife that doesn't wobble? I got it yesterday night if that makes a difference. EDIT: I just talked to him in person. He worked with me and he gave me my money back for the price of the knife! He is a good business man, and a good man in general.
Tried to exchange (not refund) an item which broke the 2nd day we had it and they refused claiming it was made in China. Interesting they use that excuse even though they're marking up and re selling these "China made" items, but feel they have zero responsibility to "their" customers. Not my way of doing business, won't be going back.
Absolute worst costumer service I've ever witnessed. You better hope nothing breaks, because if it does you're out of luck. They won't do anything about it but tell you that "it wasnt meant to last forever" (even though 'forever' only equates to one week!) They completely blew me off! I will NEVER come back and I encourage you to not go there either.
This place is awesome! Staff is very friendly and helpful, not to mention all the cool stuff in the store! Good selection of e juice,mods,vapes,drip tips,kenthol, etc..
It's amazing the things you can find in the corners. If you're in Aurora you have to go
