It is rare to find this level of quality, and nearly unheard of to experience this stellar customer service. To my amazement, I found both at the Wood Sampler. Patti was so accommodating and eager to please, literally going out of her way to be helpful. I could have easily spent much more at another store on lower quality dining chairs. This purchase feels more like a blessing than a transaction. Thanks again, Patti!
