Where do I start… this “company” if you can call it that. Is a complete scam! My first review was mysteriously erased… They quoted me 3 months to get a bathroom done. It took them a year to almost get it done. I ended up firing them in the end. During that year I learned about how truly nasty people can be. I hired Woodrun to fix our master bathroom after a pipe burst. During the process they cracked a tile outside the master bathroom. Being older tile it was impossible to match. If you want the job done right, DON’T hire Woodrun. I could write a book about the negative experiences. Let me just say this though…Insurance fraud, poor communication, not keeping their word, not returning calls, you get the picture. We had to fire them after a year of back and forth nonsense. They can’t even stick to a timeline. 3 months turned into a year. Horrible company.

These people are THIEVES. Do not welcome them into your home they will take your money and Wood Run. We hired them after a house flood that left us without our kitchen and two bathrooms. They quoted us at $36K and required 50% down to start. We spoke with them in march 2024, paid early May and it took them until end of July to even step foot in our house. They did some subfloor which was done very poorly and we asked them to redo it which they never did. They sent people into our homes that looked cracked out the whole time.... read more

If you want the construction to take 2 years when it should have been 2 months this is your place! They are ridiculous and unprofessional. I rue the day I ever called them. They left so many things unfinished and very poorly done.

I recently had a commercial property I own repaired by this company. The job was to repair damage due to a flood. The experience was enlightening, difficult, surprising and disappointing in a number of ways. I had investigated and discussed the repair with three other companies prior to hiring Wood Run. I hired them based on a recommendation from a person I didn't know well, but trusted. He is in the inspection business.
