The Y is fabulous! I just wish it was easier to get into a schedule of monthly or weekly classes are happening.

OK so I used to visit this place in the past but I tried it out again today and I didn't expect to be harassed by the staff for dropping 115lbs of weight five inches from the ground (everything was rubber except the bar). The staff asked me to not drop the weight and I explained it wasn't above the knee drop and it was only twice I ever did it. she said "well what does the sign say" the rest of the time I felt like I was being watched closely and I had to lift quietly. Absolutely gorgeous facility, all he latest equipment, and helpful friendly staff. Oh, and they re rock wall is the nicest out of all Idaho YMCA's
