I took my 2016 Dodge Ram Diesel to Wood River Auto back in 2023 to replace glow plugs, which Don quoted me $200. He called me, said they cannot replace them and risk causing more damage, so he did not charge me. Then on 8/2024, my engine indicator stated replace exhaust filter. Called dealer, was quoted over $2,000. Called Don, he knew exactly what the problem was, and that the dealer of course was over pricing for a simple fix. They fixed it for $300. Worst Experience. August 1rst got a quote, Don Informed me Parts I needed, Ordered parts , ended up being wrong parts, he said a different part, ordered that, AGAIN was not enough $1300 later still same issue with car he was supposed to order correct part and never called back. It was so hard to get ahold and communicate with him. I had to show up there. I am big in supporting local. But this was definitely the worst experience and a lot of money wasted.. he never tried making it right or contacting me.
