Love that there is a splash pad and the pool. Very kid friendly.
They have a not so lazy river, and it has a strong current, it is GREAT for teaching your kids how to swim, and they also have a kind of break area in the lazy river. There is a diving board. The slide is cool, but you do need a tube. There is a splash pad for the kids, but every once in a while, one of the buckets will start spinning, but i think that's cool. But the snacks are SOOOO overpriced, it is $2.50 for a bomb pop.
Seems like anytime we choose to go to Wood River, they are closed or closed within minutes of arriving due to something wrong.
Came with my daughter to go swimming and this is the SECOND time it's closed. Nothing is posted online it says open. Obviously there is lack of communication and whoever is running this place needs to get it figured out.
