Renting from this company is beyond frustrating. If you need a repair it takes forever! They don’t want to fix anything and if they do they go with the cheapest route possible. Worst experience renting we have ever had. The communication is unprofessional and they do not value your time. Zero stars.
BUYERS AND SELLERS BEWARE! Diane Wood is a sneaky snake - she will always act too busy to deal with you- try to get away with hiring shady contractors, who won't have the skills, knowledge, or resources to do what they have contractually agreed to do. We had to threaten a lawyer, and get the head of the Real Estate on board to help get repairs done AFTER closing... after speaking with several local businesses, many people have had negative experiences dealing with her.
