This clinic has really poor record keeping and billing practices. After confirming that the provider was in my network and that the visit would be covered, I received a bill. I then communicated with the billing person, and was informed that the provider I met with did not have any of the personal documents they asked me to bring copies of (including my driver's license and insurance card) and that they did not have the provider properly registered with the insurance company. Really unfortunate billing practices. This office charged my debit card in error without warning on multiple occasions, and failed to submit claims to insurance after reporting that they had submitted claims. I ended up having to cancel the debit card I had on file with them because more than once they charged me over $100 in error.
