I had such a positive experience renting through Wood Property with Chloe Vangeli as my property manager. She was professional, approachable, and handled any issues promptly and efficiently. I would absolutely recommend Chloe and the team, and would happily work with them again in the future — especially around St Kilda.
Great team yo work with. They have made renting our new apartment in Melbourne very easy. Brooke and her team have been amazing and nothing has been too much trouble for them . Would recommend renting a property with them anytime.
Property manager sent an increase in rent email, for an additional $120 without ever having inspected the apartment, which was built in the 1960s. Stated she will only be inspecting the property after the date in which the rent is to be increased. LAZY!!!!! The properties that she sent in the area to justify the outrageous increase, were all modern or renovated properties. I had a great stay, thanks to the amazing support from Taylah and Louisa. They were always cooperative, responsive, and made everything smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and friendly approach really stood out, and we genuinely enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend!
Hannah was the property agent for us for many years, and she was incredibly kind and patient. She provided excellent service and we have nothing but good things to say about the Wood Property team. We were so fortunate to have agents who listened and cared about us as tenants.
