company has very strange process. their employee demanded me (a customer seeking to find manufacturer for my product) to release 3 trade refferences of companies who i am sorcing products from which is pretty major breach of business confidentiality. when i mentioned that, they refused to work with my well established company that has thousands of reviews and feedbacks on Amazon. Employee was not rude so 3 star instead of 1, but their process has some unreasonable requirements.
