I hired Patrick for a home pest inspection, along with treating any issues he found during. He truly exceeded all expectations. He is so detailed, efficient, explaining everything so that I can understand and then showed me the items to keep an eye on for future potential issues. He was very reasonably priced and the detailed time he takes to ensure he inspects everything is unmatched. I highly recommend and will definitely hire him again if needed in the future.

Patrick is excellent at what he does. Hired for rodent issue at stepmom’s in Lake Columbia area. I can’t say enough good things about him. Communication is excellent clear concise explanation of what he’s going to do & his follow through is on point. It’s easy to tell he cares about the quality of work he does. A genuinely pleasant person. Price is very reasonable for the work. He exceeded expectations. Will definitely keep him on my, will call list.
Phenomenal! We had a rapidly developing bee problem and Patrick showed up on the day we called, after spending a full day at another job. He found the nest (in the dark) and treated the initial problem. I was out of town on business and he took great care of the problem so my family didn’t have to leave the house.
