I hired Patrick to exterminate for carpenter ants that had rotted wood behind two window frames on my porch. Not only did he take care of the problem but he also did a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the house along with spraying the outside perimeter of the house at a very reasonable price.Patrick is very knowledgeable in his field and very hard working. He explains everything in detail. I would highly recommend Patrick - he knows his stuff and is a vey pleasant person that stands by his work!
I hired Patrick for a home pest inspection, along with treating any issues he found during. He truly exceeded all expectations. He is so detailed, efficient, explaining everything so that I can understand and then showed me the items to keep an eye on for future potential issues. He was very reasonably priced and the detailed time he takes to ensure he inspects everything is unmatched. I highly recommend and will definitely hire him again if needed in the future.

Patrick is excellent at what he does. Hired for rodent issue at stepmom’s in Lake Columbia area. I can’t say enough good things about him. Communication is excellent clear concise explanation of what he’s going to do & his follow through is on point. It’s easy to tell he cares about the quality of work he does. A genuinely pleasant person. Price is very reasonable for the work. He exceeded expectations. Will definitely keep him on my, will call list.
