The best management company to work for.
I lived in Solara Apartments in Sanford from 2019-2020. This company sent a “debt” to collections that was NEVER actually owed. This was not even my property management company at the time. I have screenshots indicating my move out date, and they are saying I owe another 16 days of rent. I never received any notification this was owed, and suddenly it’s on my credit. It honestly is not even about the money, it’s about the blatant lies and deceit, and now the impact that this has on my credit
