Unfortunately, once they sale properties they no longer keep residence records which is not helpful when those records are needed. It is only a 1 star because when I called no one had an answer, the lady was not kind or understanding this is needed, and she was unwilling to help me get records for over $36,000 spent on renting from one of their previous properties. I just started working with Wood last August. I have been in Property Management for 10 years and this is the first time I have fully embraced the companies culture. They just get it. You feel valued and appreciated. I also love that we truly focus on resident satisfaction. This is the only company I have worked for that really emphasizes on it.
