Worst management company in this country. Lives put at risk.
My brother just recently got married and him and his wife moved into the luxury apartment “Alta Drinkwater” in Scottsdale. He recently invited me over and while I was there his wife explained to me that they have been seeing what appeared to be rat droppings and the smell of urine when I walked into the apartment. When I asked if they reported it she informed they did first thing in the morning and it was already past 2 pm meaning the complex was aware there was a health code issue and wasn’t treating it accordingly.
